Can I switch courses after enrollment?

Yes, students can request to switch courses within the first two weeks of the program, subject to availability and meeting the prerequisites for the new course. A small administrative fee may apply. Please contact our admissions office for the specific policy regarding your chosen program.

Are there any prerequisites for advanced courses?

Yes, advanced courses typically require completion of prerequisite courses or equivalent experience. For example, Advanced Java Programming requires completion of the Java Programming Fundamentals course or demonstrated proficiency through an assessment test. Specific prerequisites are listed in each course description.

What is the refund policy if I need to withdraw?

Our refund policy allows for a full refund (minus the registration fee) if withdrawal occurs at least 14 days before the program start date. If withdrawal occurs within 14 days before the start date, 70% of the tuition is refunded. After the program begins, refunds are prorated based on the number of classes attended, up to the halfway point, after which no refunds are provided.

Do you offer job placement assistance?

Yes, Nexa Academy provides comprehensive career services including resume building, interview preparation, and job placement assistance. We have partnerships with several tech companies and regularly organize recruitment drives and networking events. Our Career Services team works closely with students throughout their program and for up to six months after graduation.

Can international students apply?

Yes, we welcome applications from international students. For online programs, there are no visa requirements. For on-campus programs, we provide assistance with student visa applications and documentation. International students may need to demonstrate English language proficiency through tests like TOEFL or IELTS. Please contact our International Student Office for specific requirements.

Are there part-time options available?
